PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian Dollars. Our price excludes any bank or conversion fees you may be charged when paying in a foreign currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards via Stripe. Transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not retain customer card details.

Payment will be collected immediately upon a successful transaction for stock and made-to-order products.

SHIPPING

Each item is crafted by hand, so please allow 1-5 days production time before shipping. Should you require something urgent, please contact us with your enquiry, and we will happily do our best to prioritise your order. Thank you in advance for your patience.

We ship throughout Australia and Internationally via Australia Post. The below delivery time estimates are exclusive of order processing.

Australia Standard Post - 3-5 Business Days ($10.00)

International Standard - 6-13 Business Days ($30.00)

Please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. Husc will not be liable for any delay in delivery, misplaced or unclaimed parcels.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

If your order is being delivered outside of Australia you may be charged additional customs fees based on the duties applicable in your country. Husc will not be responsible for customs duties or taxes that you incur.

RETURNS

All Husc products are handmade to order, and variations are an inherent part of the manufacturing process. You may expect minor distinctions that make your product unique.

Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. As our products are made to order we do not accept refunds for change of mind, or any items shipped outside of Australia.

Should an item be faulty please email us within 90 days of purchase. Once approved your items will be repaired or replaced.
